Because every curtain is made to your exact order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, colour preference or other non-defective reasons. You're still covered in these cases:

Arrived damaged, defective or wrong: email us within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
Our mistake (not made to the measurements you gave us): we remake it free.
You measured wrong: our EverCare Fit Guarantee gives you one free remake in the correct size if you contact us within 10 days of delivery.

What if my curtains arrive damaged?

If your curtains arrive damaged, defective, or aren't what you ordered, please email contact@evernights.com within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right. This reporting period doesn't limit your rights under consumer protection laws or our 1-Year Quality Warranty.

What if I entered the wrong measurements?

You're covered by the EverCare Fit Guarantee. If your curtains don't fit because of a measuring mistake, email contact@evernights.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the curtain hanging on your rod or track with a tape measure showing its height and width, and your corrected measurements. We'll remake them in the right size, with free shipping on the remake.

Good to know: one remake per household; size changes only (same colour, fabric and header); new measurements must be within 25% of your original order; if the new size is larger, you pay only the difference. If a simple alteration like hemming will fix the fit, we may offer that instead. See our Refund Policy for full terms, and our guide for measuring tips.

Can I exchange my curtains for a different size or design?

Because every order is made to your specifications, we can't exchange curtains for a different colour, fabric, header or attachment style. If you need a different size because of a measuring mistake, our EverCare Fit Guarantee covers one free remake when you contact us within 10 days of delivery.

What is included in the 1-Year Product Warranty?

Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects, including faulty stitching, defective fabric, blackout lining issues, and hardware defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, or damage caused by improper washing or care. Approved claims are eligible for a free replacement.

Product care

Can I machine wash my blackout curtains?

Yes. Evernights curtains can be machine washed using a gentle or synthetic fabric cycle with warm water only (30–40°C / 86–104°F). Do not use hot or boiling water, as excessive heat may damage the fabric and blackout lining.

What detergent should I use?

We recommend using a neutral laundry detergent. Avoid strong alkaline detergents, bleach, or products containing harsh chemicals, as they may cause discoloration, fabric damage, or reduced durability. For best results, add a small amount of fabric softener during the rinse cycle to help reduce static electricity.

Can I tumble dry my curtains?

No. Tumble drying is not recommended. Use a low-speed spin cycle (maximum 400 RPM for no more than 1 minute) and hang the curtains to air dry naturally. High-speed spin drying and machine drying may affect the fabric's appearance and performance.

How do I remove wrinkles from my curtains?

The best way to remove wrinkles is with a garment steamer. Gently steam the fabric while the curtains are hanging to achieve a smooth, professional look. Avoid using excessive heat from an iron whenever possible.

My curtains have wrinkles when I open the package. Is this normal?

Yes. Curtains are folded for shipping, and packages can sometimes be compressed or handled roughly during transit, which may cause wrinkles. Simply hang the curtains and allow them to relax for 2–3 days. For best results, use a garment steamer to remove any remaining creases.
